Recently renovated buildings with traditional architecture, creating an intimate atmosphere. Equipped kitchen and rooftop swimming pool with lovely sea views. Experience the wild beauty of the island. How thrilling!
Oh, the joy of getting water everywhere in the tiny bathroom and the excitement of regular power cuts! So much fun!

The Zacharaki family made me feel like this was a home away from home - they are warm, friendly people who go the extra mile to make sure their guests are happy. I was on my own, and they looked after me like a member of the family. Kamari is a great little village, and the location of the studios was excellent, situated on a quiet road. The studio was big enough for me, and meant I could cook my own meals. The pool is lovely, and quiet, and great if you want to get away from the hustle of the beach. All in all, I'd give it 5 stars!

Had a very pleasant stay here, the room was spacious with a lovely view of the pool and ocean. This place is very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Would loved to stay here for a few more nights. We have even recommended this place to our friends who will be visiting Santorini.
The only negative thing was the toilet leaks every time you flushed so therefore the bathroom floor was always wet.

Thoroughly enjoyed the location right next to the mountain. All the dishes were fab, nevertheless you can visit nearby Hook Bar.

The location is unbeatable, just a quick walk to the beach and the vibrant restaurants and bars along the shore. Our room, number 33, offered breathtaking views of the pool, rock face, and beach. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool, which felt private with fewer than six people at a time. The rooms were basic but had everything we needed, and the daily cleaning service and fresh towels were much appreciated. The hotel is also conveniently located for exploring the ancient city of Thera on a nearby mountain hike. a great experience!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful time at Zacharakis studios. The owner (Jimmy) was extremely friendly and helpful - he recommended an excellent restaurant for us and was always available to give advice. The room was simple but comfortable, and had two terraces as well as a fridge and two hot plates. The room (and bathroom) was cleaned thoroughly every day and was spotless. The sheets and towels were also changed three times in the week we were there. The location is good, really close to the beach and it is at the far end of Kamari beach which is slightly more sheltered and doesn't suffer as much from the low-flying planes.
The double bed was formed of two single beds together - the problem being that this leaves a gap of about 10cm of pine frame in the middle which is pretty uncomfortable. From speaking to other people in Kamari at other hotels, we think this may be standard practice - it would be worthwhile checking this out when booking any hotel! The fridge was not particularly cold - but again, our experience of Santorini is that maybe the fridges don't work so well there! Finally, the pressure in the shower was excellent, however, the curtain does not block in the shower, so it was practically impossible not to flood the bathroom when having a shower.

I liked most of all the hospitality and individiual approach to every guest. It is a very cosy family hotel where you feel like home. Besides it is very close to the Kamari beach, one of the best of Santorini.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach and promenade. The studio was spacious, clean, and had a well-equipped kitchenette. The rooftop pool was a refreshing escape from the heat and offered a fantastic view.
The wifi connection was not the best and could be improved. the pool was small and not suitable for children, as they were told off for being too noisy.

The room was very big. It was very good equiped and the location was very nice: close to the beach and the restaurants and stuff.
It was very noisy. We heard everybody around, our neighbourd through the wall and when a car passed we heard it loud and clear.
